Non-Clinical Care Navigation Services

These services are educational and informational only.
- Health and social care system navigation
- Seniors’ services and home care guidance
- Long-term care process education
- Organizing care-related information
- Preparing questions for healthcare providers
- Family information-sharing meetings
These services do not include counselling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment and are not insurance-eligible.
Fees
Registered Social Work Services
- 50-minute session: $140
- 75-minute extended session: $180
Non-Clinical Care Navigation
- 60-minute session: $150
- Packages available upon request
Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance Coverage
Services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) may be covered under extended health benefit plans.
